Dear Members and Guests,

We recognize that you may have concerns or hesitations about traveling due to the latest news and information about coronavirus (COVID-19). On behalf of All American RV Parks, I wanted to let you and all our guests know that your health and safety is our top priority. As such, I would like to share with you some of the steps we’re taking to assist our guests during these uncertain times.

In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, we have taken measures to increase our efforts to protect all who visit us. These efforts include:

  • Additional cleaning procedures in all areas of the park, including increasing the frequency of these cleaning routines with an emphasis on all high-touch areas.
  • Placing hand sanitizers in our lobbies.
  • Practicing social distancing throughout the park.
  • Some parks will be implementing reduced office hours. Please check the resort’s website for current hours.
  • Educating our employees on the steps they should be taking to keep themselves safe and healthy, including the expectation to stay home if they don’t feel well for any reason.
  • Added 03.28.2020: We will try to keep at least one site of separation for new arrivals. If you are currently on the campground and would like to move to another unoccupied site please contact the office as soon as possible.
  • Added 03.28.2020: All staff members have been asked to refrain from visiting with guests in either the guests’ or employees’ RV.
  • Added 03.28.2020: Please do not allow outside visitors onto the park for social reasons. Visitors delivering packages or caregivers are acceptable but their frequency should be limited as well. We would love to welcome all but for the time being we’re going to restrict those coming into the park for your health and safety. This will also encourage everyone to be compliant with the California and Ohio Governor’s stay at home order.
  • Added 03.28.2020: We have increased the amount of cleaning/sanitizing of the restrooms, laundry room and office even more. However, this increased effort may necessitate a reduction in the hours these facilities are open. Please contact the campground office for details.
  • Added 03.28.2020: Please practice social distancing and do not group together. This is especially applicable for the common area restrooms, laundry room and office. If you see two or more people in the area please try and come back later.
  • Added 03.28.2020: Please avoid the campground office if at all possible. Most business can be handled online or over the phone. For high-risk populations, such as the elderly and people with underlying conditions, we ask that you not visit the office. We are also implementing an online chat capability which will give you direct access to both the campground and home office staff.
  • Added 04.30.2020: We recommend all guests to wear face coverings when outside their campsite.

UPDATE April 1, 2020 – Riverside County, CA – RV Parks deemed essential businesses. Read the full news release at

An RV is extension of your home. Families can travel and stay together and experience the outdoors. Getting outside and enjoying nature is still a great activity, as long as social distancing is practiced.

If you are going stir crazy at home, consider camping at one of our family fun All American RV Parks. We are open and welcoming guests.

RV Management Offices

Our RV park and home offices remain open. As we work to maintain healthy parks, we ask for your assistance in implementing social distancing protocols.

When possible, please call our office in advance of your arrival/check-in or check-out so we can proactively serve you. Additionally, where pre-check-in is available, you can pay any outstanding balances and obtain your site assignment before arrival online. This way you can go straight to your site without having to stop at the office, so you can begin enjoying your stay right away. We also ask if you have any questions or concerns, please call the office rather than visiting in person, which will help us adhere to our social distancing protocol and limit the number of people in the office at any given time.

Travel Flexibility

We understand the uncertainty brought on by current events and the hesitation you may have when booking a new reservation or when deciding whether to keep an existing reservation. To provide additional peace of mind, please note the following, applicable to all leisure travel reservations:

  • Existing Reservations: All online reservations that are scheduled for arrival before May 31, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
  • New Reservations: Any new reservation booked between March 23, 2020 and May 31, 2020 for any future date, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

What our Guests Can Do to Help

All American RV Parks urges our guests to do their part when visiting our sites by following CDC guidance to prevent the spread of infectious diseases by maintaining a safe distance between yourself and other groups; washing your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds; avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; covering your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze; and most importantly, staying home if you feel sick.

For high-risk populations, such as the elderly and people with underlying conditions, we ask they take extra precautionary measures and follow CDC guidance for those at higher risk of serious illness.

If you or anyone in your party are not feeling well or exhibiting any of the COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you please follow the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local public health officials by remaining at your site, and refraining from visiting the office or any park common areas.

We encourage you to call us with any questions or concerns you may have at 800.529.1717 and visit for up-to-date information.

Thank you for your support and loyalty. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest soon.
